Convection
Convection is the transfer of thermal energy when particles of a fluid move from one place to another. Convection currents occur when a fluid curculates in a loop as it alternately heats up and cools down. Examples of convection currents in nature is ocean currents, weather systems, and movements of hot rock in earths interrior.

The transfer of energy by waves moving through space is called radiation. True things about radiation is it is energy transfered by waves, all objects radiate energy, and the farther away you are from a radiating object, the less radiation you recieve.
